Make that two W's for bracket leader Karma Lounge after a huge 79-50 win over Villamor in their Inter Pick-up League elimination game, Saturday afternoon at The Upper Deck Lifestyle Center in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Picking up from where they left off, the troop led by playing team owner, Ruel Kondo, sailed past another opponent to solidify an early hold of the top spot in their bracket. Bryan Cave, Concepcion, and Mark Fampulme catalyzed the second half mastery against a gritty Villamor side, who fought tooth and nail against the formidable squad in the first half.

Karma Lounge's trio pumped a combined 31 points- half of them scored in the fourth period, where the team unloaded 27 markers, en route to pulling away with the double digit victory.

Both teams entered the second half flat, as the quarter scoring dipped to 11-10, not favoring a Villamor's case as they trailed by 12 at half time after a good start back in the first chapter, where they were only down by one. A turnover-plagued start to the payoff period, pretty much ended the Jako Estabillo-mentored side's chances the rest of the way.

Despite another defeat, some valiant efforts were seen from Villamor's side as Gibson Tunacao and Jonathan Puente drilled nine markers each, while Michael Agustin added nine points of his own, along with seven boards. Jako Estabillo (7 points) and James Malasig (6 points) rounds out the scoring for Villamor, who dropped to 0-2 in the team standings.

Ivan Cabusao (9 points) and Derrence Lam (8 points, 5 assists) both impressed in their debut with solid numbers in the win. Aljohn Ramos struggled in scoring the basketball, but made up for the dismal shooting with six rebounds and eight assists on top of six markers, for the victor, who relied heavily on their rebounding (49) and ball movement (23) as their recipes for success.
